North Dade Dolphins – Costs, Fees & Refund Policy
Travel Costs
All transportation to and from practices, games, tournaments, and any North Dade Dolphins activities is the full responsibility of the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s).
North Dade Football & Cheer does not provide travel reimbursement or arranged transportation of any kind.
Fees
Registration Fee
Early Bird Registration: $275
Regular Registration: $350
The Early Bird period runs from April 1 through May 31.
All registration fees must be paid in full before an athlete may participate in any practices or team activities.
Helmet Fee — $60
This fee applies only to new players entering the North Dade Dolphins football program.
It is a one-time charge that helps cover the cost of annual helmet reconditioning required for safety certification.
After their first year, returning players will be issued a certified helmet each season at no additional cost.
Volunteer Opt-Out Fee — $250
North Dade is a community-driven program. All parents are expected to:
Serve on at least one volunteer committee
Assist with program needs throughout the season
Parents who choose not to volunteer on a committee must pay the $250 opt-out fee for that season.
IMPORTANT:
This fee does NOT exempt parents from being assigned concession stand shifts at home games.
All families must participate in concession duties when assigned by the team parent.
Refund Policy
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, except under the conditions listed below.
Refunds will be issued only upon written request and will be processed minus an administrative service fee based on the date the request is received.
The date the email or letter is received—not the date the player stops participating—determines the refund amount.

How to Submit a Refund Request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

The postmark date or email timestamp will determine which administrative fee applies.
No refunds will be issued for requests submitted by any other method.
FINAL NOTE
No refunds will be issued for any reason for requests received after September 1.
