North Dade Dolphins – Practice Schedule & Time Commitment

North Dade Football is a serious time commitment for both athletes and families. Consistent attendance is essential for safety, development, and team success.

Below is our standard practice routine:

Pre-Season / Summer Practice Schedule

From the start of summer training until the official season begins, the North Dade Dolphins practice:

Monday through Friday
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: North Dade practice fields and additional approved training locations.

Times and locations are subject to change based on field availability, weather, or program needs.

⭐ OPENING WEEKEND GAMES

We play on Labor Day Weekend to open the season.

Regular Season Practice Schedule

Once the regular season begins, practices are held three (3) days per week:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: North Dade practice fields or designated alternate locations.

Practice times will be adjusted as necessary to align with time changes in the fall and available daylight.
