Expectations

Coaches are expected to lead by example for both player's and parent's benefit, and to act according to a certain Code of Conduct. In addition, coaches will be subjected to a yearly background check.

Football Development

All Dolphins coaches must complete and attain the 'Youth Tackle Certification' prior to the start of practice.
